Who We Are

From hospitality to home.

Born and raised in Paris, Alexandre Zibi moved to Miami in 2006 and began in hospitality, building and running restaurants and nightclubs.

Hotels followed, most notably Maison Felix, a boutique hotel in Miami Beach he took from first sketch to opening. Two decades of welcoming guests taught him how a space should feel, and how much work it takes to make that look easy.

Zibi Developments brings that discipline to private residences. Each home is planned around the way it will be lived in, and Alex oversees every project himself, from the first site visit to handover.
